Driving/Tour Management:

All work carried out on a Freelance basis. We are Professional people and we take our work very seriously. This means that we work with you and for you. You hire us to Drive, Tour Manage,  carry your Amps, sell your merch -  Whatever we do, it is done by us, on contract exclusively to you.

The day rate for a Splitter Bus Driver starts at £120 per day. *

The day rate for a Tour Manager is negotiable depending on length of Tour/Workload etc.

The day rate for a combined Driver/Tour Manager is also negotiable depending on length of Tour/Workload etc.

Per Diems are expected, where available.

Buy Outs or Meal tokens are expected, where available.

Overnight/Touring:

Hotel Rooms are expected, when necessary. We do not sleep on Band Members' friends floors and we do not allow our Drivers to share rooms with other Crew Members or Touring Company Personnel due to the fact that our Drivers need to get adequate rest for obvious reasons.

* This is a basic rate for Splitter Bus Drving , and something for you to consider when putting the budget together for your  job. Any other duties you require the Driver to carry out ( such as Merch/Follow Spot etc ) will be factored in, priced, & tailored to suit the job. A reasonable ' driving ' day in a 'light commercial vehicle' or small van such as a Splitter Bus - Is considered to be 12 hours with adequate breaks, starting from Collection of Client/Personnel.  This is due to the fact that we take our safety and the safety of others very seriously. With that said, we also recognise and acknowledge that at certain times throughout the course of our daily business, things can 'over-run' and with that in mind  it is typical that the Driver could spend parts of the day resting and not driving, for example: At a Festival or on a European Production Tour, where the average turn-around time from Day start to Day finish is expected to be 18 hours+.  We can cater for this. Just let us know your Travel itinerary and we will work it out from there.

 Any other Driving work, such as 7.5T Trucking etc, is governed by EU Tachograph Rules, and each job is priced according to budget/Workload etc. 

It goes without saying -   A driver needs adequate rest, so we would respectfully ask you to consider this when planning your day/s and routing your Tour/s.. Think ahead for safetys sake. 

Client Confidentiality.

We carry out our work on the basis of information and itineraries which are supplied to us by the Client or Clients' Representative prior to commencement of contract. All information given to us is treated with utmost confidentiality. We do not disclose confidential information such as tour itineraries/personal or Personnel information etc, on social networking sites, and we respect the privacy of our Clients at all times.

Health & Safety:

Every job is different! We aim to carry out all the relevant safety assesments prior to commencement of contract. We will liase with the Client and make sure that every measure is taken to ensure the safety of all Tour Personnel within our care at all times.

PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE:

Yes. We do carry Full Public Liability Insurance.

We are also a member of BECTU - The Broadcasting, Entertainment, Cinematograph and Theatre Union.

Payment:

We will invoice you before the job is due to commence. For one-offs/Day jobs etc, we expect payment upfront. After all - If you go to the store to buy a loaf of bread, you pay for the bread before you leave the store - Not 30 Days later !

On longer jobs/Tours etc -  Yeah, we are well aware that you need to get on the road and do a few gigs before the money starts to roll in from the Promoter, so talk to us and tell us your plan and we will see what we can do to help you.
